Ardys & Jayve Wedding

To celebrate the union of Ardys and Jayve, I was tasked with creating a cohesive visual identity that bridges the gap between traditional wedding elegance and modern digital convenience. The goal was to develop a brand that felt sophisticated, personal, and timeless.

Overview

The Brief
To celebrate the union of Ardys and Jayve, I was tasked with creating a cohesive visual identity that bridges the gap between traditional wedding elegance and modern digital convenience. The goal was to develop a brand that felt sophisticated greenery, personal, and timeless.

The Solution
I designed a custom serif monogram as the cornerstone of the brand, characterized by fluid lines and a sense of “intertwining.” This identity was then scaled across high-end print invitations and a fully responsive, custom-built Webflow site that shared the couple’s story.

Design Concept

Visual Narrative
The “AJ” monogram is the heart of the project. By blending a high-contrast serif typeface with a delicate, flowing flourish, the logo represents two lives weaving together. The color palette was kept muted and organic—using sage greens and soft whites—to evoke a sense of calm, natural sophistication.

  • Typography: Elegant serif paired with minimalist sans-serifs for digital legibility.
  • Palette: Sage Green, Ivory, and Slate.

Digital Experience

The Webflow Site
The website was designed to be an extension of the physical invitation. Built on Webflow, the site features:

  • Interactive Storytelling: A visual timeline of the couple’s journey.
  • Responsive Design: Optimized for mobile guests to access event details on the go.

Print Design

I translated the digital identity into a multi-piece physical suite, utilizing a mix of organic shapes and modern typography to guide the guest experience. The print assets serve as a functional bridge to the digital platform while maintaining a premium, sentimental feel.

The Results

The result was a unified experience that simplified the logistics for the couple while providing a premium, high-touch feel for the guests. The project highlights the power of using design strategically to turn a personal milestone into a professional-grade brand experience.
